we ate there on saturday evening of the president%26#39;s day weekend. we were referred there by a woman in a darling little boutique who let us know that this restaurant just won the %26#39;people%26#39;s choice award%26#39; of the locals for being the favorite restaurant in all of lincoln county....now we know why.....it was fabulous with the best food we have ever eaten anywhere. my husband had a bacon wrapped filet and i had fettucine with huge pieces of crab and lobster and six huge shrimp all in a delicate cream sauce. both were unbelievable. we loved the atmosphere....so casual and relaxed making us feel right at home in our jeans.

we had a hideous experience at the dock of the bay motel at the beginning of our stay in lincoln city and this dinner along with our good fortune to be able to move to the ester lee motel, just made our mini-vacation complete. the following tuesday morning, before returning to portland, we had breakfast at the wildflower too, and it was as outstanding as our dinner.

do yourselves a favor and make this a point on your itinerary.

Thanks for the report, the seafood sounds really yummy. I have added this place to our Central Coast list. We tried the Blackfish Cafe last summer in Lincoln City and were very pleased, another gem in the area. April%26#39;s in Nye Beach (Newport) is also on our list of places to try. Cheers! :)
