we have two time share weeks in hawaii this year which we probably can%26#39;t use. Has any one had experience with a company who will handle rentals of those?

No experience, but I%26#39;d probably look at a website like VRBO, Redweek, or Rentalo.com.
If it%26#39;s at a complex, like with RCI or II, then you only have to make the reservations - the resort company takes care of the rest, just like if you were staying there.
