Next January we plan to travel to Grants Pass, overnight there and continue to Susanville CA. I have a Ford f-350 pulling a 25ft fifth wheel trailer. Do tourists travel this route in January in such RV%26#39;s?

Travel from Grants Pass to Susanville in January
January is iffy. I-5 should be mostly ok unless Oregon is having a bout of winter weather. Otherwise, you%26#39;ll just want to carry chains for the Siskyou summit and Mt. Shasta area. I am not sure about winter driving on 89 through McCloud and Burney. If you haven%26#39;t posted on the California forum, I would do that.
