Can anyone recommend a nice, clean, pet friendly place to stay in Bend. We have a young child and a pet.

Pet Friendly Lodging

There are several motels %26amp; hotels that accept pets, including La Quinta, Best Western, Red Lion Inn, Shiloh and Riverhouse. Of those, Riverhouse and Shiloh are both next to the Deschutes River - the others are along the main street (hwy. 97). Of those along the highway, La Quinta is the newest and Red Lion was recently refurbished. Another option is the Hillside Inn Bed %26amp; Breakfast which offers a studio room with kitchenette and a futon chair that makes a single bed that would be nice for a young child. And as the other writer said, there are a number of vacation cottages that permit pets. If you will be staying in Bend for several days, that would probably be the best way to go.

Pet Friendly Lodging

Just chiming to to agree that there are lots of pets friendly rentals at Sunriver. Bennington Properties has the most, more than Sunray, but check out all the companies as it will just come down to finding a house that fits your budget/taste/availability. We have rented numerous times through Sunray and have never had a problem.
